Aaron Saltz oversees Magnite’s global legal affairs. As Chief Legal Officer, he is responsible for public company compliance and reporting, corporate and board governance, M&A, capital markets, commercial partnerships, privacy, litigation, intellectual property, and employment matters.

Prior to Magnite, Aaron was General Counsel for Telaria where he oversaw all legal matters. He successfully navigated the company through its initial public offering and transition to a public company, before its merger with Rubicon Project in 2020.

Earlier in his career, Aaron practiced as a corporate attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he led large-scale public M&A transactions.

He holds a B.A. in History from Cornell University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
