As Magnite’s Chief Accounting Officer, Brian Gephart oversees financial reporting, accounting operations and systems for the company. Brian and his team ensure regulatory compliance and practices for the publicly traded company, collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer to develop financial strategies.

Prior to joining Magnite, Brian held several positions at Leaf Group, a consumer internet company, including Chief Accounting Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, and most recently, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer. Before that, Brian served as Chief Accounting Officer of JH Capital Group. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hillsdale College and holds an MBA from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
