Chief Marketing Officer
David Hertog leads the company’s marketing and communications teams, the people responsible for telling Magnite’s story with clarity, consistency, and impact. Before Rubicon Project merged with Telaria and became Magnite, David served as Rubicon’s Executive Vice President of Marketing.
Over the last decade, David has held a variety of lead marketing roles in the advertising technology space. This includes Google, where he led product marketing for the company’s ad exchange, at SSP pioneer Admeld, where he ran marketing from the company’s early days through its acquisition by Google in 2011, and at analytics firm Metamarkets, which was acquired by Snap in 2017.
He holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He lives with his wife and two children in Los Angeles.
